How do I book a session?

Please reach out to booking@opusrecordingstudio.com or call at 747.389.3580 to book a session. Once you’ve decided on a date and amount of time we’ll require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits can be paid via Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. We cannot hold dates, all sessions are subject to cancellation until a deposit is put down. All deposits are non-refundable.

How many people are allowed at the studio?

Due to Covid-19 restrictions each Studio has a maximum capacity:

Opus Supreme sessions: ONE sound engineer, ONE client and TWO guest.

Opus Elements sessions: ONE sound engineer, ONE client and ONE guest.

 

This is for your safety and the safety of everyone who works here at Opus Recording Studio.

 

Is smoking allowed?​

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building complex and is not permitted in the Studio at any time before, during, or after a recording session. This includes, but not limited to hookah, cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, e-cigs, etcs.  If the Client leaves the premises to smoke, please ensure that you are a safe distance from the building and that your cigarette stubs are disposed of appropriately.

What happens if I have any issues with the studio or equipment during my session?

There will be an onsite manager at the facility during your session time to assist in any of your needs.

What if I show up late to my session?

Sessions start at their scheduled start time. If you show up late for a session, we can not add time on to the end of it, or refund you for the time you missed. You are responsible for showing up to your session on time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, your deposit can be applied towards a new session. If notice is not given before 48 hours , your deposit will be forfeited and not applied to any future sessions. All sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days .

What if I don’t finish my song before the session is over?

If your session ends and you still have work to do then you are welcome to book more time either that day, if the schedule permits, or at a later date.

 

What are your hours?

We are available 24/7

Can I use my own engineer?

Yes, we allow outside engineers to use our facilities.
